Database Builder Window (DBFILE) PBM Client has support for two database styles. The first, and the one displayed on this page is the Database File format. The Database File format does not require any external resources to store database information. After the initial setup, the next step is to establish a database connection. That is accomplished through the database builder window. After selecting a lottery system, and choosing "DBFILE" as the database type the user is prompted to provide a database file name and a password for that file. If there are any related files to the database creation process (such as any scripts that Database Builder will need to execute), they will be displayed in the "Related Files" text box. Below that is the "Tables" drop down menu. After select a table, the table structure will be displayed in the display box below. Finally, pressing the "Create" button will initiate the database creating process. After the database has been created, Database builder will close.
